By purchasing tickets to any or all events, you, the purchaser, on behalf of himself/herself & all participants and guests for whom passes have been purchased, including helpers & mechanics, do hereby release Cavallino, Inc., Cavallino Events, Inc., Cavallino Comp LLC, Canossa Events, Fisher Island Club, Inc., FI Parcels, LLC, Fisher Island Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and Fisher Island Community Association, Inc., Motorsports Network, Chopard, Remy Martin,
and all their owners, employees and representatives, from any and all liability arising from the entire event, and do warrant that everyone will abide by the rules & regulations governing the entire event.

You, the purchaser, on behalf of himself/herself & all participants and guests for whom passes have been purchased, agree to abide by Florida law and wear a mask in all public spaces, and maintain a 6ft distance from other attendees.

By purchasing tickets to any or all events, you, the purchaser, on behalf of himself/herself & all participants and guests for whom passes have been purchased, acknowledge and understand the following:

1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist;

2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties; and

3. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.
